Delivery & Returns

Free delivery by Royal Mail 48 Tracked is available for most orders with goods over the value of £5. 
Tracked 24 and other services are available. Some large products must be paid to be delivered by courier.

Orders for parts received before 14:00 will be sent out the same day wherever possible, subject to availability. Orders received after this time are likely to be sent out the next working day. (Excluding weekends and bank holidays). Made to measure orders will be dispatched once the goods have been made, which can take up to six working days. 

Customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations. Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

For goods that are made to measure to the customer's specifications we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not fit due to incorrect information given when ordering, or for any subsequent change of mind by the customer and refunds will not be given. However please contact us as we always try to help put things right at minimal cost.
